About Us
Savory Solutions owner and Chef Judi King is originally from the small town of Boligee, AL. She is one of 6 children and grew up cooking in the kitchen with her mother. Judi and her husband Chris have 3 children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. Judi still enjoys cooking in the kitchen with her mother, Ida, and consults her often for recipes and advice. Originally named “King’s Catering” Judi started her own catering company in 1998 after completing Culinary School at Mississippi University of Women. Later renamed Savory Solutions, Judi has grown her business and portfolio to include events all over Alabama and Mississippi.
